Deluxe Room
A king bed against a full-height upholstered headboard, a working desk by the window, and a private balcony over the pool gardens.
ASG Hotels & Resorts keeps two landmark five star houses — one in Andorra la Vella, one in San Marino. Palm-shaded water, private terraces, and a team that remembers how you take your coffee.
ASG Hotels & Resorts began with a single property in Andorra and one belief: luxury is not what a guest is shown, it is what a guest never has to ask for. That belief runs through every floor of every house we keep — from the way a room is turned down to the hour the bread leaves the oven.
Over 450 rooms and suites across eight categories, from a deluxe room with a garden balcony to a penthouse that takes the whole top floor. Each house is designed around its own landscape rather than a group style. What travels between them is the service.
Every property is ours end to end, so the standard never changes hands.
Your preferences follow you between properties.
Seating for more than 300, and chefs given full control of their menus.
No more than sixteen keys per floor, so corridors stay calm.

Eight categories, from deluxe rooms to the penthouse. Every rate includes breakfast at Café Palmyra, pool and spa access, and airport transfer on arrival. Rates shown are per night, excluding taxes.
A king bed against a full-height upholstered headboard, a working desk by the window, and a private balcony over the pool gardens.
The same room in a twin layout, made for friends travelling together or a family with older children. Rollaway bed on request.
A corner room with a full-width balcony facing the ridge. Best at first light, when the valley is still under cloud and breakfast comes up on a tray.
An open-plan suite with a seating area, a dressing corridor and a freestanding tub set behind folding screens beside the bedroom.
A separate living room and bedroom, twin dressing areas, and a terrace laid for breakfast or for evening drinks before dinner downstairs.
Our signature suite, built around a full-height viewing wall. Private butler, dining for eight, and a car held for you for the length of your stay.
Two bedrooms off a shared living room, with connecting doors, a second bathroom and a balcony wide enough for the whole family at breakfast.
The top floor in full — a private lift, a wraparound terrace, and a kitchen the chef will happily take over for the evening. Released by reservations only.
An all-day restaurant, a club bar and a poolside terrace — seating for more than 300 across the three, each with its own kitchen team. Reservations open to residents and to the city.
The main room: a live buffet island under onyx lanterns, à la carte through the afternoon, and windows that fold back onto the garden terrace.
Timber ceilings, deep leather chairs and a long bar. Rare spirits, a short seasonal cocktail list, and the match on quietly in the corner.
Shaded tables between the restaurant and the water. Grills, salads and cold plates from the main kitchen, served where you are sitting.
The full menu from every kitchen in the house, at any hour. Breakfast is cooked to order and carried up, never held on a pass.
A free-form lagoon pool through the palm gardens, a separate lap pool for morning lengths, and a bar that keeps serving until the last guest is out of the water.
Loungers are yours for the day — no towels laid out at dawn to reserve them. Attendants bring cold cloths, fruit and sunscreen without being called.
Treatment suites for one or two, a thermal circuit, and therapists who read the body before they read the booking sheet. Residents have access from seven in the morning until ten at night.
The bakery starts at three. By half past six the breakfast counter is set — pastries and muffins from our own oven, vada pav and bhaji beside them, and eggs cooked to order at the live station.
The houses run on the people in them. We hire for temperament and train for everything else.
Eight portrait slots, sized 4:5 — send the staff photos and they drop straight in.
A look at the property, from the arrival court to the last table on the terrace.
“We arrived at one in the morning with a sleeping child and a lost bag. By breakfast the bag had been found, driven up and unpacked. Nobody made a performance of it.”

“Breakfast at Palmyra is worth waking up for, and the staff had our table by the garden ready every morning without being asked.”

“We held our conference across two floors and not one thing slipped. The events team knew our schedule better than we did.”
